40th Memorial chess tournament "Vladimir Mirkovic" in Zagerb was hold 08-10.11.2019. On this chess tournamet for blind and VI, was total 28 chess players from Croatia and Slovenia First place won a Franc Mlačnik, Slovenia, 2nd was Milan Prpić (Senj) and 3rd Ivica Robic, (Zagreb)
